Case Study 1: Pharmacy Design
Problem Statement
A significant portion of the population, particularly immigrants, faces language barriers when trying to understand prescribed medication instructions. This leads to misunderstandings, non-adherence, and potential health risks.
Objective
To create a user-friendly mobile app that provides multilingual instructions for prescribed medications, accessible via QR codes on medication bottles.

UX Design Case Study: Enhancing Somryst - A Digital Therapeutics Platform for Insomnia
Overview
Project: Redesigning the Somryst digital therapeutics platform to improve accessibility, inclusivity, and engagement for users suffering from insomnia.
Problem Statement
Somryst, while promising as an insomnia solution, has limitations in user access, engagement, and inclusivity due to language barriers, connectivity requirements, and age restrictions.
